Official bio
I was born at early 80`s and my musical interest began at a very early age. I learned to play with my fathers instruments, even when I haven`t a clue how to really play them. At the age of 10 I use to compose my own little melodies and play with the sounds of my fathers keyboard. When I turned 13, I took some guitar lessons, and that was the turning point. I knew what I wanted to do. I had some various bands at my early teenage years, but my first serious band was at the end of the millennium. We started with punkrock and when our skills got better, we turned to finnish-rock. That was really fun. But after few years we sort of took an indefinite hiatus, and never played again together.
I started to study at college of art`s graphs in Ikaalinen, and I had new friends to play with. Just for fun, nothing serious. It was bit strange time for me, and I stopped my studies and moved back to my hometown. There I got this interest to start doing some computer based music. I`m a big fan on post-rock, and I wroted some post-rock melodies. I never got anything ready, and I had couple of years off from music.
Year 2005, I started my studies at college of art`s and graphs in Jurva. Then again, I had no friend to to play music with me. I started write my own music again. With more serious attitude. I combined post-rock elements with electronic sounds. The major impact for me was, when I heard the Nine Inch Nails – Ghosts album. It really blowed my mind out. I decided to do totally diffent kind of music that I had ever done. So. I started to work some melodies and basslines. And soon I had couple of tracks ready, but they were more like jokes…not so serious material. I just use some strange samples, and played them to my friend from the school. But soon after that, at spring 2008 I wrote some good melodies and riffs, and I got my first tracks ready.
At spring 2008 I finished my studies and moved to Tampere. I had no job and nothing else to do, so I decided to spend my time to work with my music. Summer 2008, I got my first demopackage ready and I send it to couple of labels. I only got one answer, but I think that is good achievement. I didn`t get deal at the first try, but I got some good feedback from fellow musicians. I`ve worked with my sound almost 2 years now, and I`m constantly finding something new. After three demopackage`s and hours of hard work, I got a record deal from ASNAZZY productions. My first EP is going to be released at january 2010, and if it`s up to me, it`s just the beginning. I`m really interested about movie scores, and I hope that my music will be used in movie productions some day. I write music almost every day, so I think I`ll improve my skills and keep doing some great albums!
